The "Reclaimed Materials" Challenge (closed) re opening

I am not sure if this topic is closed for good. I it does I hope someone can restart this. It would be a very interesting and environmentally sound way of making musical instrument.

This "Reclaimed Materials Challenge" thread was about a contest we held a few years ago, which only went for a very specific length of time. This specific discussion was only closed because the limited time nature of the competition, not because of lack of interest. If the topic interests you, feel free to start a new thread in the appropriate section about using reclaimed materials, maybe asking what reclaimed materials people use and how.
