Darkmoon pickups
Anybody ever use Darkmoon pickups. They make several humbucker versions which I am considering for a set neck electric guitar build. I am looking at the Aurora from their Vintage series and the Overkill from their Dark Arts series.

Re: Darkmoon pickups
Looked over the site, I always get suspicious when i see the the heavy use of the Art Nouveau "Metro" font on a website. That's the Grateful Dead poster font and is almost as overused as the dreaded Papyrus...
They let you customize every aspect which is cool IF you know what all those options mean.
They say all their pickups are hand wound but all the original Gibson PAF were machine wound not that it makes much difference to you.

I decided to go with the Lace Hemi pickups rather than the Darkmoon Overkills. Lace has a lot of great reviews and from what I heard and read, I liked the sound.
